Formed in August 2014, the Channel Islands Squad of the Southern California Garrison of the 501st Legion proudly covers Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties.
We are the local charity-focused Star Wars costuming group organized to further the love of Star Wars while building community bonds. Our volunteer members have created screen-quality costumes so that we can appear in character, supporting charitable and community-based events while having fun and celebrating the continuation of the Star Wars universe.
